Micronpc.com (mpccorp.com) is a fully integrated manufacturer, direct marketer and supplier of e-Business computing products and services via the Internet and custom sites. Business products and services include custom make-to-order computer hardware, computer peripherals, Internet connectivity services, Internet hosting services and training for Government, Commercial, Small Businesses and Home Personal and Home Office markets.

Cybelink was appointed as micronpc.com’s web-centric, e-Business Program Architect and functioned as Project Manager for six (6) sub-Projects for their respective business segments. Total program capitalization exceeded $7million.

Responsibility for developing project’s economic justification process. Business Case and ROI analysis identified an annual benefit of $7.7Million using standard assumptions. Under Government segment sponsorship this resulted in a positive ratio in excess of 10:1 and sinking project cost during the life of the project.

Led and conducted IT and Business Teams design of a one-week Proof-of-Concept where each vendor developed a portion of the web with their respective solution for business sponsors, external customer and IT stakeholders. From the vendor’s selected one vendor that best suits MicronPc short term and long term goals.
