No, you do not need to have a full-time resource for this purpose; initially you need to educate Cybelink’s
offshore team about your internal working process and you need to answer the questions from the offshore
team. Once you and the Cybelink’s offshore team is comfortable in their working relationship, then from that
point onwards all you need to do is send the work and verify to make sure the quality of the work

It depends on your existing infrastructure; if you want to scan and send the work then you need to buy a
Scanner and the Scanning Software. If you want Cybelink offshore team to work on your files independently,
then based on the type of accounting software you use, you may have to buy an additional license for that
software. You can use open source software (which are free) to securely send your scanned documents to
Cybelink offshore location and receive the finished work back from Cybelink offshore location.
