Process Models

Cybelink Accounting BPO division can work in any one of following outsourcing process models. All of the models will provide full security to the data transferred between Cybelink and our customers.

Remote Server
In this model Cybelink’s Accounting BPO from Chennai will access your server securely using VPN to access your accounting software (QuickBooks, PeachTree, etc) and do all the work and keep it ready for you to review. The main advantage of this model is your customer’s records wouldn’t leave your office premise and Cybelink can access your server securely without compromising the security of the critical data.

Application Service Provider (ASP)
In this model Cybelink’s accounting BPO division will use accounting ASP companies like http://www.personable.com, http://www.cpaasp.com/, etc to login to their software securely and perform all the work. This model is similar to Remote Access model, we access ASP company’s server securely instead of your server to perform the accounting tasks. Offshore ASP

Secure File Transfer
In this model Cybelink’s customers scan all the documents and instructions for the tasks that will be kept in Customer’s FTP server. Cyeblink’s BPO division in Chennai will use secure FTP software to transfer all the documents securely into our server. Cybelink will use the customer specified accounting software to perform all the work, export the finished accounting files which will be put back in to customer’s server securely. The customers will import the accounting files into their Accounting Software
