Mani Malarvannan
Cofounder and Partner
Mani Malarvannan cofounded Cybelink Systems, Inc. in 1998 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth and operation since its founding. During his tenure with Cybelink, he has helped a variety of large and mid-sized companies with numerous IT consulting projects and tasks ranging from technical and business architecture to project and process management engagements. Mani has assisted many businesses in industries as diverse as general manufacturing, retail, computer manufacturing, legal publication and the travel and hospitality sectors. He was the driving force in starting, growing and managing Cybelink’s offshore practice in Chennai, India.

Mani earned his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He also holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras in India. He has written and published numerous articles in leading software magazines as well as in IEEE conferences.

Priyankar Baid
Offshore Accounting BPO Director
Priyankar Baid is an IIT alumnus and holds an MBA from ISB (a partner business school of Wharton and Kellogg). He worked as a management consultant for TSMG (a TATA group company) handling assignments covering industry and competitor analysis, portfolio analysis, business formulation, financial projections and financial modeling. He has extensive financial and accounting experience and has a proven track record of managing and performing accounting and financial BPO projects for many clients. Priyankar’s knowledge on accounting business transformation processes helped several small businesses and CPA firms in reducing their operational costs and increase the efficiency of their accounting business processes.

M.R. Parandaman
Director, Offshore IT Operations
Parandaman, a seasoned IT veteran has more than three decades of IT experience; he worked in Ashok Leyland’s IT division as a Deputy Manager and managed several key IT projects. At Ashok Leyland, he was actively involved in integrating all key IT projects into one unified application. This helped several business units in Ashok Leyland in analyzing the business critical data on real-time to make critical business decisions. He also helped in creating security and auditing policies for the overall IT. Prior to joining Ashok Leyland, Parandaman started a Data processing company and helped several clients in organizing and processing their critical business data.

Parandaman has been with Cybelink from the starting days of the company and successfully managed several Data Processing and Data Entry projects for it. He played a key role in formalizing security procedures and standards for the Cybelink’s offshore division in Chennai.
